About Lens Craft Studio

Photography for Small Events

Small event photography with a clear, calm process from first inquiry to private gallery delivery.

Lens Craft Studio focuses on on-location photography for private celebrations, small business events, and community gatherings. We work with a simple booking flow that keeps priorities, access, and deliverables clear before the event begins.

Founded in 2017 by Freja Lundqvist, the studio is built around careful preparation, natural event coverage, and edited galleries delivered through a private online selection process.

Our Story

A Clear Way to Cover Events

Our approach is practical: understand the event, agree the priorities, and photograph the moments without disrupting the flow.

Built for real events

Every booking starts with an inquiry and a review of the date, venue, duration, and key moments. That preparation helps us shape coverage around what matters most.

Clear before the day

For each event, we confirm access needs, coverage priorities, and the agreed deliverables before the session begins. That keeps expectations clear and the day running smoothly.

Private gallery workflow

After the event, images are curated, edited, and delivered through a private gallery so you can review, select, and share them with confidence.

What We Value

How We Work

The studio is shaped by a straightforward process, careful editing, and event coverage that respects the pace of the day.

Event-focused coverage

We focus on the moments that define a small event: arrivals, greetings, group photographs, speakers, and natural interactions. Coverage stays attentive without taking over the room.

Clear planning

Before booking, we review the schedule, venue access, and image priorities so the plan matches the event scope. This makes the process easier for hosts and organizers.

Private gallery delivery

Finished images are delivered in a private gallery designed for easy review. The selection process is organized so previews and edited files are easy to understand.

Local on-location service

We work on-location within Luleå and nearby districts, with travel arranged to an agreed local location. That keeps the service practical for small events in the area.
